Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a British/Lebanese lawyer, human rights advocate and charitable philanthropist. An alumni of Oxford University and New York University School of Law her long and accomplished career in the fields of human rights and international law has won her international recognition. Some of her most prominent clients include several nation-states including the country of Armenia in its fight for recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the Turkish government. Amal Clooney got married to American actor George Clooney and became a famous name in popular world of 2014. Prior to this, she was already famous and loved by legal professionals because she consistently represented her clients with skill and success. Her work ranges between social justice and human rights issues to representing multinational companies during negotiations or court cases regarding federal regulations. She is now a barrister, a type of lawyer working in British courts.
