Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks (born April 15, 1977) is an American actress best known for playing Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons AMC's historical drama Mad Men. The series earned her critical acclaim and the show received six Emmy award nominations in the best support actress class. Her work has been recognized throughout the past two decades for her roles as a lawyer drama Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. In movies, she is acclaimed for her performance on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg as well as American Woman. The voice actress also played the role of the characters in films such as Toy Story 4 Scoob!, Toy Story 4: Up on the Hill as well as From Up on Poppy Hill. Her career began as a fashion model, and worked as a model for a few years prior to making her television debut with Undressed. Her first major part in Beggars and Choosers.
